PREP:   What size should my backing be?

In order to give you the best results, I require the backing to be 4" extra on all sides. For example, if you have a quilt top that is 80" x 80", your backing should measure at least 88" x 88". It can be bigger, just not smaller.

Please press your top and backing for me so that it's nice and ready for me to load. This is also a good time to clip stray threads as best as you can. You might not be able to get them all, but it's worth the time so dark threads don't show through your quilt top.
